Burgundy
Burgundy is the region where the concept of terroir reaches its most extreme expression: soil, microclimate, and human intervention create perceptible differences even between vineyards just a few meters apart. Home to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the region is fragmented into plots classified as village, premier cru, and grand cru, stretching from the Côte de Nuits to Chablis, passing through Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and Mâconnais.
The STELT selection brings together historic domaines and artisan producers, all sharing low yields, respectful viticulture, and a style that prioritizes finesse and evolution over time. Each bottle is stored in controlled conditions, with traceable provenance.
