Every bottle arrives as it left
We handle every shipment as if the bottle had to return to our cellar: wine-specific packaging, carefully selected couriers, insurance coverage, and complete tracking.
The packaging
Every order is shipped in packaging certified for wine transport: rigid cases with separate compartments for each bottle, internal protection, and a sealed closure.
Large formats, bottles in their original wooden cases, and older vintages receive dedicated preparation: the original packaging is fully protected, never opened or tampered with.
Before departure
Before shipping, every bottle is inspected: fill level, capsule, label, and overall condition. Upon request, we send photos of the exact bottle you will receive, not a stock image.
Orders are normally handed over to the couriers within 1–3 business days. Delivery costs and times are always shown before order confirmation.
Delivery within 24–48 hours from dispatch by express courier.

We ship throughout the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom with selected international couriers.
Free shipping on orders over €800.
For destinations outside the EU, we handle customs procedures and documentation directly, including VAT management where applicable.
