Non-taxable invoicing for high seas navigation

Eligible vessels can receive an invoice not subject to tax according to Article 8-bis of Presidential Decree 633/72, with no VAT applied.

The required documentation is standard for the industry:

  • declaration of navigation on the high seas
  • vessel details and IMO number
  • billing information
  • contact details for the captain, management, or yacht agent

If you already have the documents, the invoice will be issued directly. If something is missing, we'll tell you what's needed—without sending you back to your accountant.

Storage and Logistics

The bottles remain in the cellar at controlled temperature and humidity until shipment. Preparation takes place shortly before delivery, with refrigerated transport for short distances and isothermal packaging when needed.

This is why a bottle delivered on board in August arrives in the same condition as it was in the cellar.

On board, tailor-made

  • selections based on the menu and the cruise style
  • food pairings agreed upon with the chef
  • guest preferences recorded and maintained between charters
  • onboard cellar restocking between departures
  • sourcing of rare bottles at the owner's request
