Burgundy
Burgundy is the region where the concept of terroir reaches its most extreme expression: soil, microclimate, and human craftsmanship create differences that can be perceived even between vineyards just a few metres apart. The kingdom of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the region is divided into parcels classified as village, premier cru, and grand cru, from the Côte de Nuits to Chablis, passing through the Côte de Beaune, Côte Chalonnaise, and Mâconnais.
The STELT selection brings together historic domaines and artisan producers united by low yields, respectful viticulture, and a style that prioritizes finesse and evolution over time. Each bottle is stored under controlled conditions, with traceable provenance.
