Charles Lachaux

Charles Lachaux runs Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux in Vosne-Romanée and complements that work with a project under his own name, involving parcels acquired or managed directly on the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune.

The viticultural approach is the same one that built his reputation: high planting density, late pruning, tall trellising, and very low yields, with harvests taking place earlier than average. In the cellar, whole clusters are used, with gentle extraction and limited new oak.

The result is wines with pure fruit and fine tannins, backed by pronounced acidity. The selection includes Corton-Charlemagne, Aloxe-Corton, Pommard, and Nuits-Saint-Georges. Controlled storage, verified provenance.
