Large formats
Magnum, double magnum, and larger formats are not merely a dramatic choice. The ratio between the volume of wine and the oxygen present in the neck is more favorable than in a 0.75-liter bottle, slowing the wine’s evolution: the same wine, from the same year, is more youthful in magnum.
This is why large formats have always been the benchmark for long-term cellaring and for vintages intended to mature over time. In practical terms, they also remain the natural choice for sharing at the table and for a gift that needs to make an impression.
This selection brings together the formats larger than the standard bottle available in the catalog, stored under controlled conditions with traceable provenance.
