Quintarelli

The estate is based in Negrar, in the Valpolicella Classica, and follows the approach established by Giuseppe Quintarelli over more than fifty years of activity. The grapes are dried for an extended period in the drying loft, followed by slow fermentation and aging in large Slavonian oak casks, which for Amarone lasts more than seven years.

The most distinctive choice concerns downgrading: in vintages that do not reach the required standard, Amarone is not produced and the grapes go into Rosso del Bepi, a label that explicitly signals the decision made to the market.

The range also includes Recioto, Alzero made from dried Bordeaux varieties, Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Primofiore, and Bianco Secco. Controlled storage and traceable provenance.
