Arthur Lelievre

The maison was founded in 2021 in Ludes, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, when Arthur Lelièvre started his own label with his sister Ophélie alongside the family estate, Forget-Chauvet, of which he represents the sixth generation. Having returned to the business in 2014, he manages an estate of around ten hectares between Ludes, Taissy and Lagery.

In the vineyard, he has eliminated herbicides and insecticides; in the cellar, the approach looks to Burgundy: single-parcel vinification in 228- and 350-litre barrels, indigenous yeasts, at least two years on the lees and low dosages. The first releases number only a few thousand bottles per vintage.

The STELT selection includes Ludes Premier Cru Blanc de Noirs, a Champagne made exclusively from black grapes from its village of origin, in a 0.75-litre format. Verified provenance.
