Benoît Ente

The domaine is based in Puligny-Montrachet and is run by Benoît Ente, brother of Arnaud Ente. The estate covers less than six hectares, and production remains limited for each label.

The approach focuses on work in the vineyard: low yields, selective harvesting, and slow pressing. In the cellar, the wines undergo extended ageing, with new oak used in limited proportions and no attempt to add richness.

The selection includes Puligny-Montrachet village and premier cru, Bourgogne Blanc, and Aligoté Antichtone, the latter made from old vines and positioned at a level far exceeding its appellation. Stored at controlled temperature and humidity, with verified provenance.
