Dhondt-Grellet

The house is based in Flavigny, in the Côte des Blancs, and is run by Adrien Dhondt, who took over from his parents Éric Dhondt and Édith Grellet. The property is fragmented into numerous small plots.

The work of recent years has shifted the approach towards single-parcel vinification: barrel fermentation, malolactic fermentation avoided, low dosages, and extended aging. The result is tense and saline Blanc de Blancs, with a definition that builds over time.

The range includes Cramant grand cru, Les Terres Fines premier cru, and Dans un Premier Temps, the house's entry-level cuvée, also available in large formats. Controlled storage, traced origin.
