Domaine Dujac

The domaine was founded in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis, when Jacques Seysses acquired an existing estate and reshaped its approach. Today, the estate is run by his sons Jeremy and Alec with Diana Snowden Seysses, and is managed organically and biodynamically.

Its distinctive feature is whole-cluster vinification, adopted systematically when it was still a minority practice in Burgundy: the result is wines with spicy and floral profiles, fine tannins, and a light texture in their youth. The holdings include Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Charmes-Chambertin, and the premier crus of Morey and Gevrey.

Alongside the reds, the range includes several whites from the Côte de Beaune. Storage under controlled temperature and humidity, with traceable provenance.
