Domaine Georges Noëllat

The domaine is located in Vosne-Romanée. For decades, the vineyards were leased to third parties until 2010 when Maxime Cheurlin, great-grandson of Georges Noëllat, took over direct management at just over twenty years old.

Its reputation was established very quickly. The holdings include the grand crus Échezeaux and Grands-Échezeaux, the premier crus of Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, as well as Savigny-lès-Beaune and Bourgogne. Production involves low yields, a variable percentage of whole cluster, and measured extractions.

Volumes are small, and distribution is by allocation. The bottles in this selection are stored at controlled temperature and humidity, with traced provenance.
