Domaine Jean-Marc & Thomas Bouley

The domaine is located in Volnay and is run by Thomas Bouley together with his father Jean-Marc. The property covers about twelve hectares, concentrated between Volnay, Pommard and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune.

The generational transition marked a turning point in style: conversion to organic practices, use of whole clusters, lighter extractions, and reduced new oak. The resulting Volnay and Pommard wines have finer tannins and more direct fruit compared to the traditional style of the area.

The range includes village and premier cru Volnay and Pommard, red and white Bourgogne Côte d'Or, and an Aligoté. Stored in controlled conditions, traceable origin.
