Domaine François Mikulski

The domaine is located in Meursault and is run by François Mikulski, who took over his uncle Pierre Boillot's plots in 1992. The surface area is around eight hectares.

The holdings include the premier crus of Meursault Genevrières, Charmes, Poruzots and Caillerets, the village wines and the Volnay premier cru Santenots du Milieu for the reds. The winemaking involves slow pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and aging on fine lees with a moderate percentage of new wood.

The style is classic, with savory and long-lasting whites and reds with clear tannins. The range also includes Bourgogne Côte d'Or and Aligoté. Controlled storage, traceable origin.
