Emmanuel Brochet

Emmanuel Brochet produces in Villers-aux-Nœuds, in the Montagne de Reims, on an area no larger than two and a half hectares. The vineyards, previously leased out, returned to direct management in 1997, with the first bottling under his own name in 2002.

The entire production comes from a single plot, Le Mont Benoît, a premier cru planted with Chardonnay, Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Organic farming, barrel fermentation with indigenous yeasts, minimal dosage, and lengthy ageing.

Alongside the main cuvée, parcel selections such as Les Hautes Chardonnays and Les Hautes Meuniers are released, in just a few hundred bottles. Controlled storage, verified provenance.
