Eric Collinet

Éric Collinet farms 2.25 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Bragelogne-Beauvoir, in the canton of Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar, the southernmost part of Champagne. Arriving from Limousin in 1987, he also tends a truffle orchard alongside the vineyard.

The farming is certified organic: conversion began in 2011, with the first certified harvest in 2014. Fully grassed vineyards, trees planted between the rows as part of an agroforestry approach, hand-harvesting; pressing, aging and bottling are entrusted to the cooperative of Les Riceys.

The STELT selection includes the house's three cuvées: Bragelogne, brut made solely from Pinot Noir; Harmonie, brut from Chardonnay with a small proportion of Pinot Blanc; Temporis, extra brut from Pinot Noir with 2% Chardonnay. Verified provenance.
