Gaspard Brochet

Gaspard Brochet works in Écueil, in the Petite Montagne de Reims, with just over three hectares spread across fourteen parcels between Écueil, Villers-aux-Nœuds and Sacy. A graphic designer by training, he returned to the family business in 2013, began bottling under his own label in 2017 and, since 2019, has managed all of his father Vincent's vineyards; Emmanuel Brochet is his uncle.

The vines receive neither herbicides nor synthetic fertilizers, with biodynamic farming practiced since the 2022 harvest. Dosage is zero or minimal, and the letter after the number identifies successive editions of the cuvée, each with its own blend and disgorgement.

The 333 cuvée takes its name from the three grape varieties, three villages and three vintages that make it up. The selection includes 333.c Brut Nature, 333.f Brut Nature and 333.f Rosé. Provenance verified.
