Jessica Litaud

Jessica Litaud went out on her own in 2018 in Vergisson, her native village in the Mâconnais, taking over a small portion of her family's vineyards. She had previously worked with Jean-Marie Guffens and Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura, two reference points reflected in the style of the wines.

The vines are farmed organically, with hand harvesting into crates and grapes cooled before pressing. Winemaking without intervention, apart from a small dose of sulphur, followed by ageing in old barrels, with no new oak. Quantities are minimal.

The STELT selection brings together four 2021 whites: Saint-Véran Les Pommards, Pouilly-Fuissé Andrea and Patchwork, and Premier Cru La Maréchaude, one of the climats recognised as premier cru from the 2020 vintage. Provenance verified.
