Les Horees

Les Horées is a small domaine in Beaune founded in 2019 by Catharina Sadde, who trained in cellars on the Côte d'Or, including Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Marquis d'Angerville. The name refers to the Horae of Greek mythology, goddesses of the seasons.

The estate covers just over a hectare and is supplemented with purchased grapes. Organic and biodynamic farming without certification; the reds ferment with indigenous yeasts and a proportion of whole clusters, with minimal sulfur added only after malolactic fermentation or at bottling. Limited production.

The STELT selection, vintages 2023 and 2024: Beaune premier cru Les Toussaints, Beaune Les Prévolles, Bourgogne Des Six Ifs, Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain and, among the whites, Bourgogne Aganippe and Côte de Beaune Les Monsnières. Verified provenance.
