Philine Isabelle

The winery was established in Monforte d'Alba, in the Bussia area, where Philine Isabelle, born in Germany, settled in 2019 after gaining experience at biodynamic wineries in Germany and Austria and working with Giuseppe Rinaldi. The first vintages were made from purchased grapes; since 2020, she has tended her own vineyards, partly leased, covering around two hectares.

The farming is organic and uncertified biodynamic, with a focus mainly on the soil. In the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous, and aging takes place in large wooden vessels and concrete, without clarification or filtration. Volumes remain small.

The STELT selection includes Barolo Preda from the 2021 and 2022 vintages, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d'Alba in two vintages, Dolcetto d'Alba, and Langhe Rosato. Verified provenance.
