Pierre Péters

The maison is based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the Côte des Blancs, and is run by Rodolphe Péters, the sixth generation of the family. Production is entirely Chardonnay, from parcels located in the grand crus of Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize, and Cramant.

The distinctive feature is the réserve perpétuelle, a system of reserve wines started in the 1980s and topped up every year without ever being emptied: it is the backbone of the Cuvée de Réserve, the house's entry-level Blanc de Blancs.

Les Chétillons comes from three contiguous parcels of vines planted in the 1930s in Le Mesnil and is only released as a vintage. Stored at controlled temperature and humidity, with traceable origin.
