Prieuré-Roch

The Domaine was established in 1988 on the initiative of Henry-Frédéric Roch, who was for many years co-manager of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Its approach is deliberately unconventional, making the label a benchmark for those seeking a Burgundy outside current technical conventions.

Biodynamic farming, whole-cluster vinification, indigenous yeasts, no clarification or filtration, and minimal use of sulfur. The result is wines with spicy and floral profiles, recognizable from the first taste and with a nonlinear evolution. The holdings include the Nuits-Saint-Georges premier cru Clos des Corvées, farmed as a monopole, and parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin.

Quantities are limited and demand is high. Controlled storage and verified provenance for every reference.
