Bérêche et Fils
The house is based in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims, and is run by brothers Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche, who took over in the mid-2000s. The estate covers around ten hectares spread across several villages.
The approach brings Champagne closer to the vinification of still wines: fermentation in barrel, avoided malolactic fermentation, low dosages, and the use of a cork during the second fermentation for part of the production. Aging periods greatly exceed the required minimums.
The range includes the single-vineyard cuvées Le Cran and Les Beaux Regards, the vintage wines Rive Gauche and Côte, and Reflet d'Antan, built on a perpetual reserve system. Controlled storage, traceable provenance.
