Clase Azul Tequila Reposado NV 0,7l

The genesis of Clase Azul Tequila Reposado embodies a conscious evolution of the Mexican agave tradition, positioning itself as a benchmark in the premium segment of spirits from the state of Jalisco with controlled designation of origin. The story behind this creation is firmly rooted in the longstanding experience of the Cuervo producing families, custodians of know-how passed down over decades, who have transformed the volcanic soils of the recognized areas into an agricultural setting dedicated to the disciplined cultivation of Weber blue agave. The operating philosophy categorically rejects the pressures of accelerated cycles, favoring extended timeframes and manual practices that monitor each operation with scientific precision. From the extraction stages carried out with traditional tools to the long roasting in straw-covered masonry ovens, every step encourages the formation of complex aromatic molecules, while rigorous control over water consumption and plant maturation defines a sustainable system designed to preserve the original organoleptic profiles intact. Aging in American oak barrels previously used for maturing other alcoholic beverages lends body and roundness, while a second pass through copper stills refines the character and stabilizes the structure. What clearly distinguishes this practice from competing offerings lies not solely in the analytical data of the spirit, but in the symbiosis between cultural memory and contemporary precision, made tangible by the hand-sculpted ceramic vessel decorated with blue motifs inspired by regional textile craftsmanship. From a sensory perspective, the golden clarity welcomes the nose with immediate notes of sweet cinnamon, natural vanilla, toasted bark, and delicate citrus nuances. On the palate, the texture unfolds with enveloping breadth, balancing a measured softness with hints of dried melon and pink spices, finally dissolving into a rounded finish that consistently returns to the underlying vegetal essence. Across the brand’s entire range, it plays a structural role, serving as a quality apex that guides external perception toward certified authenticity and attention to detail. Its inclusion in a selection curated by STELT confirms its editorial positioning, directing demand toward a product that combines documented provenance, distilling mastery, and collectible significance without compromising the standards of elegance.
