STELT is a selection project dedicated to wines and spirits that deserve to be included for their history, rarity, relevance, and consistency over time.

We do not work by category, trend, or forced narrative: each product enters STELT because it has a precise, measurable, and defensible rationale.

Our selection brings together great historic names, significant vintages, and rare offerings, paired according to a single criterion: the real value of the wine, today and over time.

Spedizione assicurata: cosa fare alla consegna

Hai scelto la spedizione assicurata: il valore delle bottiglie è coperto per tutto il viaggio, dal magazzino alla tua porta. Perché la copertura valga, alla consegna servono cinque gesti semplici. Ci vogliono due minuti e ti proteggono completamente.

1. Fotografa la scatola chiusa

Prima di aprirla, fai una foto della scatola da tutti i lati e dell'etichetta di spedizione. Se vedi ammaccature, buchi o macchie di liquido, fotografale da vicino e, se possibile, scrivi «pacco danneggiato» sulla ricevuta del corriere prima di firmare.

2. Riprendi l'apertura

Registra un breve video, o una sequenza di foto, mentre apri la scatola: nastro, primo strato di protezione, bottiglie nel loro alloggiamento. È la prova più forte in caso di contestazione.

3. Controlla ogni bottiglia

Capsula, etichetta, livello, eventuali perdite. Fotografa ogni bottiglia intera e, se qualcosa non va, il dettaglio del danno.

4. Segnalacelo entro 24 ore

Scrivi a shop@steltwines.com, o rispondi all'email di conferma, con le foto e il video, il numero d'ordine e una riga di descrizione. Ci occupiamo noi della pratica con il corriere.

5. Conserva tutto

Scatola, imballi interni e bottiglie danneggiate vanno conservati fino alla chiusura della pratica: il corriere può chiedere di vederli o ritirarli.

Cosa copre e cosa no

  • Copre: rottura, perdita e smarrimento del pacco durante il trasporto, per l'intero valore dell'ordine.
  • Non copre: danni segnalati oltre le 24 ore dalla consegna, pacchi accettati senza riserva con danni evidenti all'esterno, bottiglie aperte.
  • Tempi: sostituzione o rimborso entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla chiusura della pratica.

The selection does not follow trends or ready-made categories. It follows a criterion.

HOW WE BUILD THE SELECTION

STELT is not a generalist showcase.

It is a considered selection.

Alongside major historic names are lesser-known labels, always for a specific reason: consistent quality, historical importance, limited production, significant vintages, or stylistic consistency over time.

We do not include wines “to fill space” or to tell forced stories.

Every bottle must stand up to comparison in terms of value, today and over time.

INDEPENDENCE AND CONSISTENCY

Independence is what allows STELT to maintain a consistent approach.

We are not driven by volume or commercial obligations: this allows us to include only what we consider truly relevant.

Few products, chosen for what they are, not for what they represent in words.

A PRACTICAL APPROACH

STELT works directly, without narrative overstructure.

Those who rely on us know they will find clear, well-founded, and defensible selections, whether for a private collector or a high-level restaurant or hospitality project.

We do not offer standard lists.

We offer choices that make sense.

WINE AS AN OBJECT OF CULTURE AND CHOICE

For STELT, wine is a cultural object, but also a conscious choice.

There is no need to mythologize every producer or sanctify every vineyard: what matters is the wine’s ability to maintain identity, relevance, and interest over time.

This approach allows us to work with iconic wines, mature vintages, rare productions, and references that have already demonstrated their specific significance in the history of wine.
