Bordeaux
Bordeaux is the region that defined the very concept of age-worthy and collectible wine, with a hierarchy of châteaux and a classification that has guided the international market for over a century and a half.
On the Left Bank, Cabernet Sauvignon creates wines with tannic structure and extremely long aging potential; on the Right Bank, in Pomerol and Saint-Émilion, Merlot yields fleshier profiles that open earlier. Barrel aging and blending grape varieties remain the two constitutive tools of the style.
The STELT selection includes classified châteaux and mature vintages, stored at controlled temperature and humidity with verified provenance.
