This collection encompasses the entire STELT selection: bottles chosen one by one, without purchasing constraints, commercial agreements, or catalog compromises. Each wine is born from an independent selection, guided by the quality of the territory, the producer's identity, and the consistency of the agricultural and enological project.

Here coexist Burgundy, Champagne, Italy, and other great wine regions, alongside lesser-known but strong-personality labels: iconic wines and rare productions, recent vintages and old harvests. Not an encyclopedic list, but a living collection, built like a personal cellar.
