This collection brings together the entire STELT selection: bottles chosen one by one, without purchase constraints, commercial agreements, or catalogue compromises. Each wine comes from an independent selection, guided by the quality of the terroir, the producer’s identity, and the coherence of the agricultural and winemaking approach.

Burgundy, Champagne, Italy, and other great wine regions coexist here alongside lesser-known labels with strong personality: iconic wines and rare productions, recent vintages and older harvests. Not an encyclopaedic list, but a living collection, built as one builds a personal cellar.
